What can I expect on my first visit?

The first visit will involve a 10-minute intake where your history, areas of concern, and goals are discussed. For myofascial therapy sessions, your posture and ranges of motion are also observed and discussed.


How much does a session cost?


• Energy work: $30+

• Massage (with or without energy work): $100+

• If the cost is a hindrance to you, please reach out to me. We can always work something out. I believe everyone needs this work and the cost should not be prohibitive. 

What should I wear to my appointment?

Please arrive clean and wearing loose fitting clothing (no jeans or shorts for Shiatsu or MFT). The ideal clothing for a Shiatsu is lightweight, breathable, and loose.
