What to expect on my first visit?
The first visit will involve a 10-minute intake where your history, areas of concern, and goals are discussed. You’re always welcome to ask questions, set boundaries, and make special requests for focus areas or areas you’d like to avoid completely.
How much does a session cost?
• Energy work: $30
• Massage (with or without energy work): $125
• If the cost is a hindrance to you, please reach out to me. We can always work something out. I believe everyone needs this work and the cost should not be prohibitive.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Please arrive clean and wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing .
What kind of energy work do you do?
I practice various types of energy work in an effort to help myself and others gain clarity and balance. The intention is always harmony, love, and compassion. The type of energy modality practiced in a session is always dependent on the client, what’s needed, and what I feel naturally guided to do. Most sessions involve Reiki and Polarity Therapy.
Where are you located and where do I park?
Soft Studio is located in South Glendale. Exact address is provided upon appointment confirmation. Please park in the driveway unless told otherwise. Please note there are about 15 stairs to ascend and descend. Should you be unable to climb or go down stairs easily, please let me know and I will do my best to create an easily accessible space for you.
How often should I get a massage?
The short answer: as often as you can. Invest in your body, you only have one and it absorbs all of the repetitive motions and stressors we encounter every single day.

Yes! Please read this entire page first and then reach out via instagram or email. I’ll do my absolute best to get to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer deep tissue massages?
Yes! I often use deep tissue techniques where I can feel the muscles calling for it. If you’d rather not have any form of deep tissue treatment, please let me know. Deep tissue work should not feel painful.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48-hours notice if you need to cancel your session. I undestand life happens though and I trust we’re all doing our best :) So just fill me in when you can.
